Advanced Eco-Friendly Car Submarine – sQuba
We have already know a car which can travel on land and also in the air, this time there is a car that can travel on land as well as on or underneath the water made by Rinspeed.
This car named sQuba is claimed to be the first that able to do this manouvre. It also has an advance technology compared to other similar car, where the passengers is also allowed to dive in the water within the car. Some advantages offered by the sQuba is its ability to dive, fuel efficient, and light weight because although most of the frame is made of steel but most components are made of carbon fiber material.
The car is designed with an open door frame, powered by electric motor, two propellers and two jet engines thus allowing the car to travel long distances. The car is also environmentally friendly as it uses electric motor powered by lithium-ion battery type that doesn’t produce emissions when used on land and at sea.
For breathing, the vehicle cabin is equipped with diving equipment and oxygen regulator implanted inside the cabin that makes the air circulated always fresh. The machine is also supported by two Seabob jet on the front to assist air circulation within the car by utilizing lap time through HS Genion (for opening and closing function of water turnover). This jet is made with carbon nano materials.
It is also designed for a flexible move and to manouvre freely within the water. The three engines are all placed in the rear. One is used for driving on the ground and the other two are used to move in the water.
