Samsung Wave 578, Bada OS Phone with NFC Support

Samsung plans to release the latest Wave series, the Samsung GT-S5780 Wave 578. This is not a high-end phones classmates to Wave II or the first Wafe. Even so, this phone already has the latest features Near Field Communication (NFC) which enables contactless payment, barcode reader and related services such as locking or open doors.

Samsung Wave 578 is quite capable where this phone comes with 3.2-inch WQVGA touch screen and 240 × 400 resolution. 3.2 MP camera on the back, and front-facing VGA camera for video calls. For connectivity, Wave 578 supports HSDPA 3.6Mbps, WiFi (802.11 b / g / n), a 3.5mm headset jack, and Bluetooth 3.0. It is also equipped with FM radio features and other media players.

To ensure all features running maximum, 578 Wave immerse 1200mAh battery, complete with a microSD memory card slot manifold. The size of this phone are 107.9 × 54.9 × 12.5 mm and weighs 99.8 grams. This Bada operating system mobile phone is planned to be introduced to the market in May 2011.
