For processing matter, Toshiba Tablet AT300 uses dual core processors NVIDIA Tegra 2 1GHz, with 1GB memory and 16GB of RAM. This tablet has an advanced camera capability compared to other tablet. There are 2 cameras on this tablet, 5 Megapixel in the back and 2 Megapixel on the front.
